A physiotherapist can show parent the correct positioning of joints and streching exercises to do at home. Training done reguraly gives the child the best chance of minimising problems. For children, participationing with their families in home activity programs it is a key for successful therapy interventions. However, parents and caregivers are often overwhelmed and under extreme stress. Especially if they lack the confidence to ensure that exercises are performed correctly at home.
